Brake caliper rebuild kit (rear) for 2003 Moto Guzzi California EV touring

I am trying to source a Piston and Seal Rebuild Kit for [the rear brake caliper on my 2003 Moto Guzzi California EV touring], but was told by my normal supplier here in the UK, that no kit was available. It is a Brembo PF 30/32, Part No 22.5555.32. From the manual information on your site the Moto Guzzi part No is MG# 03653001. What I am trying to do is to see if this caliper is used by other manufactures on their bikes to see if I can get a kit from them if Guzzi won't supply it.
Gregory Bender's reply to Neville:
I've done a bit of searching, and I've found that Brembo part number 22.5555.32 was also used on the following machine: Aprilia Pegaso (1997 - 2000) front left caliper
Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any other applications.

More information from Neville:
I contacted my local Aprilia dealer and they informed me that Aprilia don't list a seal kit for the Pegaso either. However, they did manage to find out that this caliper is also fitted to a Honda model (or so they said!) and have been able to supply me with the seals OK. Brembo kits that I have bought in the past have been Seal & Piston Kits, but they only supplied the seals. Fortunately my pistons were fine to re-use. The seals were in Brembo containers and fitted perfectly.
While I had the pistons out I measured their respective diameters at 31 mm and 32 mm, so I find it strange that the caliper is called a PF 30/32. The smaller one is definitely 31 mm. Weird eh!!
Once again, thanks for your help, at least I got what I needed in the end.
Breva 750 shift lever adjustment

I have never been happy with the lever position. Having to lift my foot off the peg to shift is awkward, so I decided to adjust the lever lower to make shifting safer and easier. Easier said than done, so here are some tips to save time and trouble by learning from my mistakes.
- Remove 10 mm nut from lower swivel head and remove from pedal linkage.
- Un-screw and remove swivel head and locking nut from threaded shaft.
- You will need a 1⁄2 in drive 10 mm deep socket ($6 at AutoZone). A standard 3⁄8 drive deep socket will not work.
- Slip your shiny new socket over the threaded shaft till it seats on the upper swivel head lock nut.
IMPORTANT NOTICE -- The upper shaft nut is reverse threaded. If you lefty loosey you will snap the shaft).- Loosen the upper lock nut turning it clockwise righty tighty. Now you can unscrew and remove the shaft from the upper swivel head.
- The shaft is just too long. The adjustment available isn't enough to lower the pedal to where my foot fits snugly under the actuator without shoving it forward or having to lift off to downshift. So I threaded a nut onto the shaft, then put into my vice and cut off a 1⁄2 in section of the threaded shaft. Then you can unscrew the nut to clean the threads at the cut. There is plenty of threaded shaft left the screw back into the swivel head.
- Screw the loose lower swivel head and nut onto the shaft then the other nut onto the other threaded end.
- Screw the entire assembly into the swivel head still attached to the transmission lever and attach the foot lever and secure the nut. Tighten the locknuts on the shaft and enjoy your new comfortable shift experience.

Fuel spigot for Centauro

For anyone searching (or might be searching soon) for the elusive plastic straight fitting for the fuel line into the L/H throttle body on the Centauro, (& perhaps other models?):
If you have replaced the rubber fuel lines as I had, you may be aware of how brittle the original plastic part is, and the task difficulty, and cost of locating another one. Let me save you internet research time, money, and frustration. No need to hunt down a wrecked bike or salvage lot set of throttle bodies for a small fortune, nor buy a new set of throttle bodies as in the Guzzi parts catalog. The shop I work for will buzz one out of 6061-T6 Aluminum for the cost of about $45 and I can mail it to you.
The kit includes the spigot, o-ring, and roll pin.
