I once had a choke cable get a snag that kept the choke from fully
disengaging. Caused a similar problem. Starting out, bike ran fine. Once it
got up to operating temperature, that cylinder ran rich.
The handlebar lever still seemed to move normally, so it wasn't obvious.
Simple repair once found, though. Hopefully your problem will be as
straightforward.
