Bob,

I subscribe to Classic Bike, and The Classic Motorcycle, both British mags.
They often have those small models in them. I'd say yes to both reliability
and parts.
The experts on small Guzzis are probably Pat Hayes, and Jerry Kimberlin.
They are both in California, and actually belong to that Italian Falcone
Group, as well as this group.
At the last vintage bike here in Las Vegas there were several small models,
some restored, some as is.
