Fred, I think is .250 for the rear and the left over .750 for the Tranny. I
never use the check plug , in the Cal II I even JB welded shot.

 I hear mention of incorrectly filled rear drives, and my bike has an
undrilled boss in the casting below the actual level plug. I don't plan
on using the level plug to check the level, so how much goop is really
supposed to go in there?
