Charlie, I've found some lugs at a local electrical supply house. I don't recall seeing the 90 degree type though. I was able to crimp/solder the ones I found using a homemade crimp die and a bench vise. I soldered using water pipe soldering equipment. The downside is that the amount of heat I needed chased the insulation away from the lug. A little heat shrink cured that. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to find there is a better way.
