If you can't get the original screws out without destroying them, McMaster-Carr has got you covered: McMaster-Carr part number 92010A630 (18-8 stainless steel flat head Phillips machine screw; 10 mm × 1.5 mm × 20 mm).

These bolts are not perfect replicas of the originals. Therefore, You will have to modify them in two ways:

1. The bolts are too long and will interfere with the rotating the armature. I reduced the length using my bench grinder.
2. The head of the bolts is too large and too thick. It will sit proud of the generator body and interfere with the generator bracket. I reduced the overall height (and diameter) using my bench grinder.
