I'll vouch for that!
I was riding to a rally and the bike quit all of a sudden. I had electrics
but no spark.....problem was the coil.
Since I was only 20 miles from home I left the bike in this guy's back yard
(fenced with very big dog inside) and came back the next day. Popped in a
new coil and was on my way in an hour.
I'm not sure I could have done that on my old Yamaha.
