Hi All,

I am writing to the members of this list to apologize for possible going a
little overboard in my attempts to create a "Loopframe List".

I thought that a listing of all the Loopframes on the road today, where they
were, and who owned them would be an interesting thing to know....trivial at
best but nevertheless interesting to me. I thought others might share in
that interest as well. I was wrong. Some people may have taken offence to
my over zealous attempts to get this list going....and I apologize for that.

However, I feel that lists (like the MGNOC Contact Directory) are an
important part of keeping the "family" together. We are members of an
exclusive club (Guzzisti) and the "Loopframers" are unique within that. Why
not have a listing of who's out there..... Now I assume that no one reading
this would ever take information posted on the web site and use it for
unethical purposes and frankly I don't think anyone outside the Guzzisti
would even care about what goes on here (just ask my non Guzzi friends) so
let's not get too excited about all of this. It is just a listing of bikes.

So...FOR THE RECORD:

I am creating a database of the Loopframes that are on the road. This list
will eventually (I hope) be placed onto the Loopframe web site. I would like
to hear from all you Loopframers who would like to be a part of this list.
Name and location is optional if you wish.

Finally....please send me the info to me ( adk-@gte.net ) instead of this
list. I know that many of you out there would prefer to keep this list as
technical as possible.

Thanks again for the bandwidth.....Ian Adkins

Wanted to let you know that when I sent that list it was for info, some of
those bikes I still have and some have been sold, I took the #s from my
title
list that I have for Guzzi's. I would prefer not to have what I own
broadcast to the world.
