Excellent point, if the list is to gain an overall picture of how many are on
the road, it would be helpfull to determine which ones are never going to be on
the road, and which ones are setting dormant. By the way, does anyone know if
there is a way to obtain factory info on when your bike was made, where and
when it was sold etc.?

My personal opinion is that we should get all the numbers we can, on the
list. Even a bike being parted out should be listed. What if one of us gets
a motor somewhere, only to discover the frame listed as a bike being parted
out? It could come in handy to have the numbers.
I know there are several loops here in Las Vegas. I've seen about three that
I couldn't talk to due to traffic. There is also Bill Arbour's Eldo.

Hi,

Have you guys ever wondered how many Loopframes are out there? I do,
especially being here in Canada. In Quebec, the province I live in, I
figure
that there might be 10.....Max. But I am not sure. I only know of 4 that
are
confirmed and a few more that I have heard of. Other than mine and a
buddies
V700, I have never passed a Loopframe on the road.

So any guesses?

Ian

I will agree with this, it is for information, if you don't want you
info

 on
it, don't submit it. Mike brought up an interesting question also,
about

 not
roadready bikes, I think it would be cool to list them as well as on
the

 road
bikes, and have a field to state the status of the bike ie; basket,
restoration
underway 50%, on the road origional, restored or customized.

Well, I don't see why you need to apologize to anyone. There is
nothing

wrong with having smaller groups within the overall group. I like
haveing

 a

loopframe list, and would love to have a Centauro list. When I read
the

main list, I delete everything about Cali's and LeMans, etc, as that
is

 not

 my interest.
If anyone took offense, they should take their offense and take a
hike!

 No

matter where you go, there is some knucklehead trying to dictate how
things

should be for everyone else. We should just ignore their whining and
go

 on

 about our business.
