Tim,
I don't remember if we ever talked about seats and bars, but you may find
that a solo saddle and bigger bars will make you tire faster. I find I last
longer if I sit on my thighs, leaning slightly forward. I have tried cowhorn
bars on an Eldo (mine) and I found I couldn't ride as long because I was
sitting straight up, and puting all my (considerable) weight on my
sacro-whatever. Very tiring. I even owned a Police Kawasaki once, and I
hated it. I then bought a 500 BMW, which had the regular bars, much like my
Ambo, and I could, once again, ride distance comfortably. From here to San
Diego was not even tiring.
So if you find you can't ride as long, that is probably why.

 Dave:

Just got a reply back from Guzzirenew. Can you briefly explain again
the differences in this seat, and the one you got from Harper's? Also,
does your seat have the Moto Guzzi screened on the back?

Thanks,
Tim
