Tim, I liked your slogan. I vote for this one:

"Veni, Vidi, Veloce".....loosely translated as, "I came, I saw, I
rode like stink"

we must have the same humor. Damn, that's scary...did I say that?
As for other suggestions...
We could borrow from the old BSA catchphrase:
Moto Guzzi, built like a tractor

or the history of italy:
Moto Guzzi: Da Vinci's latest flying machine

or just plain silly:
Moto Guzzi: Beautiful bikes, semi-attractive riders
