Subject: correction on the 1100i retro strech eldo

Hi my name is Bill Kerylow and I just joined this list, most of you are
familiar from the guzzi list. I wanted to set the record straight on the
strech 1100i eldo (Betty, as her owner, Peter Coronado calles her) I have
ridden that bike and it is indeed sweet, the biggest thing I noticed was IT
HAS BRAKES!!!. (that work good!!!) I watched for years (really) as that bike
took shape.I thought Mark would never finish it. Very nice piece of work , I
know Peter is proud of her. Not that I am without an eldo to be proud of in
my own right, on Peters debut of his bike at the San Diego rally he came in
as runner up to (da da da daaaa) MY eldo. heh heh heh. oh, I believe Tom
Short also got an award at that rally ( its not supposed to be a rat
bike!!) anyway I will be here on this list to check things out. see ya
