GuzziBill. Howdy from Okla. Good to know who you finally are. Our buddy Mark
builds a heck of a machine but he is CRUEL AS HELL! He called me to tell me you
were out riding my bike and how much you liked it, on and on and on, knowing
full well I had to wait what seemed like an eternity before I came out there and
could even SEE it! Someday I'll get him for that (I'm going to put chopper forks
on it and say he set it up that way!) Just kidding Mark. I did do some minor
things to it though. I put some ansa ferrari resonator tips on it which deepend
the exhaust significantly and it is a little louder too. Traced the ignition to
a faulty coil. By the way, dyna is now recommending the 5 ohm black coils
instead of the 3 ohm green ones for street use. I did remove the rear crash bars
and need a set of stock rear pegs if anyone has some nice ones. Hope to have
some pics up in the next few days. If the attention this bike gets could
translate into an interest in reproducing the eldo's it seems like there is a
need. Everyone who sits on it just smiles and doesn't want to get off. I want
to take it to the nationals and might ride it if I can meet some others going
that way. Might load it in the truck and run chase. Or might truck it to 100
miles out and ride the rest of the way. Keep the cheating comments to yourself!

Hope to meet you in person someday and I'm sure we could be friends anyway
regardless of what Mark says about you. Tom

Check out chaseplace.net/guzzi for a good picture of my eldo. its a good
guzzi site. I also wanted to tell the guy that had Mark put the square fin
motor (altered to generator) into his black eldo ( the guy that had a Dyna
III failure on the way home) that I test rode that bike for Mark and damm
near took it home and kept it. everything on your bike was perfect to me, it
made me want to puke it was so nice. just keep it out of California, I have
enough competition already.
