First chance I've had to tell of my first real ride (about 150 miles) on the
newly acquired 67 V700......what a blast!! Forgot how much quicker the
steering was on the V700's versus my full dress Eldo, that plus the small
tank and small bars make for a fun ride through the twisties....I know, this
ain't no sport bike but that's okay, I ain't that great of a rider
anyway...:-)
So, I'm gonna take the 68 V700 basket and make into my backroads
burner...850 engine with 5 speed tranny and other mods....
That means the 67 will be sold....if anybody has an interest I'll be glad to
give full details and pics.....
