I put anti-sieze on my head nuts. Also, someone
mentioned safety-wiring them: what he ment was that to
keep them from backing out, which happes all the time,
you should drill a small hole in the nut (they are
chromed brass and drill very easily) and a small hole
in one of the cooling fins in the oposite direction
from which the nut would loosen, and then tie the nut
to the head using these holes and some wire. I did
something similar after mine loosened up a few times.
