You might check with Dave Morgan. I have suggested this option to many
people, including him. He said that his held out about 6 months as I recall,
before they started leaking. I am aware of people, (Dave Jackson of
Junior's), that have made their own, who had varying results. Junior says
that the ones he made that were used with the petcocks that "clicked" into
place have all worked. The smooth slide type which are most prevelent, all
started to leak again after a time.
