Since you brought it up.......I too am in the gathering of parts stage of a
upgraded Eldo, here's what I have so far....would like feedback on any other
things I can do....

Frame/engine----'72 with 1000cc top end.
Disc brake front end
cush drive rear wheel
Custom wiring harness
MAYBE 16" wheels

What else do I need to think about?

Well, I went and looked at the 1999 EV with only 5000 miles on it. It is
two tone blue, my favorite colors! But, as nice as it is, it ain't no
classic. I have decided to be happy with what I've got and keep ALL my
Eldo stuff, and just build myself that 1000cc,cush drive, disk brake
Eldo....Modern retro, if you will.
