I stripped the carbs off the Ambo, disassembled them, and let them
soak overnight in carb cleaner. They were a bear to get off of the manifolds
(a lot of twisting and pulling). But they are also awful tight getting back
on. The clamps have the screw taken out. I went over the manifold with some
emery cloth and made sure the inside of the plastic (?) bushing was clean
and smooth. I tried spreading the mouth of the carb a little but didn't want
to break anything. I tried spraying some WD40 on the manifold but I am still
having trouble getting them back on. Any tricks out there?
