Howdy all!
The other day I visited a friend on my Eldo. As I was putting the bike up
on the center stand in his gravel drive, a dog jumped up and attacked me
(bit me on the arse..this will be funny someday). I wasn't hurt, but lost
my balance and dropped the bike (bent up a battery cover, but that's all) :(
After cleaning it up and hanging out for a bit, I left...and was promptly
pulled over for not having headlights or taillights! (Cool cop...no tix,
just concern that I'd be hit) I poked around and found my headlight fuse
blown. My question is this...can a sudden shock make a fuse blow or should
I start looking for a short? I replaced the fuse and everything works fine
(I turned on the high beam (halogen bulb)and held the brake for 30 minutes
or so with no problem...rode a lot too).

Also, I found out my bike doesn't just have 34,000 miles...but *134,000*
miles!
The jugs and pistons were replaced 4,000 miles ago but the rest has never
been touched!!!!! Hellacious bike!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guzzi Forever!

(guess I found a reason the side stand can be beter then the center stand!)
