Subject: Anyone have a source for specialized tools?

My Ambassador arrived to me without a tool kit. No big deal as I had
a bunch of cheap (but functional) tools laying around that I packed up for
roadside emergencies. My problem is that I need a lock ring spanner for the
exhaust nuts, steering head, etc. I have been unable to find what I am
looking for by doing searches on the net. Looks like as close to what I am
looking for is found in bicycle shops to be used on bottom brackets. I am
looking for a somewhat heavier duty one than that. I borrowed one from my
neighbor before I was about to take a hammer and punch to the exhaust nuts,
but want to purchase one of my own. I don't remember ever seeing one for
sale in tool sections of local hardware or tool type stores. Any
suggestions?
