state which ones are just engines and which one is the complete bike.

I have a question.

On the big list, somebody said that thier Eldo had the police engine
with the "VP" designation infront of the i.d. number on the block. I
looked at all four of my Eldo engines and three of them have this "VP",
but the fourth, a 1972, is without any numbers at all on the block. This
block looks as if the fins have been shaved down for some reason, too.

So, what is "VP"?
