Still piecing together my backroad burner project and would like some
opinions(and we all know there's plenty of them on these list...:-)
Layout so far.....'68 V700 frame(all unnecessary brackets removed)with the
stock small tank and small fenders front and rear...dual disk front
end...battery mounted under the trans...probably rear swingarm and disk from
a T3.....5 speed tranny....the question is on the engine...I have access to
700-750-850-1000 cc motors....would like it to be relatively high
revving(lightened flywheel, mild porting and maybe some type of better cam
and also a little larger carbs(maybe)......I know that there normally isn't
any substitute for cubic inches but I kinda like the idea of maybe a
750cc.....what say ye?????
