I've been reading up on torque values these days and the consensus is
that the values are for clean, dry threads and nuts. If you oil the
threads and nuts, you should use a lower torque setting to compensate
for the oiled threads.

Now, my current GuzziProject is to replace all the leaky seals and
gaskets on both cylinders on my Eldo, thusly I'll be needing to torque
down the cylinder head. 4 of the 6 studs are bathed in oil and the two
short studs are not; the two short studs were very dry, especially the
one that uses a hex-driver.

I reason that since 4 of the 6 are oil bathed, I should oil the two
other threads so that all will be equal. Does this sound like a Plan?
