Well it is enough oil coming out that it is running down the side, still
haven't pen pointed it, the wasn't leaking except from the oil pan because I
dropped the pan and haven't put a new gasket on it yet, but the oil is
definitly from the top.

Sure its blowby?? Because of thier cylinder arrangements, Guzzi
crankcases
 'breath' very heavily. It could be mis-diagnosed as blowby. Have you
compared the feel of this motor to one of known good quality? Unless you
are
 familiar with Guzzi motors, perhaps your blowby is just normal breathing.
