hi Ian - sorry about the problem
just for your information - merchant policy - this is the policy everyone on
the other side of the counter selling you something via credit card agrees to
(in writing)- the merchant is not supposed to process the credit card until
the merchandise has been shipped - to do otherwise is a violation of the
merchant policy . I have no idea what the penality is- if it is a loss of
your merchant account - then it is a moot point here. I hope it works out
