Or do like I did....take a pair of channel locks and squeeze the fishtail
opening shut a little(to your own taste).....worked for the Scuzzi Guzzi and
the new marks on the pipes just add to the character of the bike....:-)

I you don't like the straight pipe sound...avoid the straight JC whitney
fishtails. under a c note for the pair, but they are too free flowing. I'm
gonna try to baffle them some and see if I get some performance back.

There is another pair from JC that has some baffling/muffling inside. I'll
try those on the ambo.

To change the topic just a bit, what about sound? Which mufflers sound
good,
which sound bad? There aren't many Guzzis around here, and they all have
more or less stock exhaust. (Except for a T-3 with straight pipies.
Sounds
 
 good, but obnoxiously loud.) So I haven't had the chance to do much
comparison shopping.
I've heard people say that the best sounding muffler on a Guzzi is the
Agostini "Mistral". But, so far as I can determine, those only come in
the
 
 Sport-bike "cannister" style. Who's heard a system that sounds really
sweet
 
 that fits our bikes, or one that should be avoided?
