Tom,

I would be in for one depending on the price. What mods are needed to the
bike after you do the process?

I'll get to reading the info a little later. I just thought I would let you
know that I am interested in a generator.

Regards...Ian

 Brian,

I hadn't really considered taking on the machining as a business
opportunity. I suppose that if somebody wanted one done I would consider
taking it on, depending how many other irons I had in the fire. The
trick would be to set up some sort of measuring jig that would allow me
to knock them out without having to do all the layout and measuring each
time. Here we go, another challenge!!

Best Wishes

Tom

 Tom,
You did a great job on that website, which I printed out for
reference. I didn't realize the VW generator output was so much better
than the output of the stock unit. That alone is worth the change if you

are running accessories. My only problem is that I don't have access to
a lathe. Have you considered this project as a business opportunity?
Brian
