A lovely day here in Reno. Went out and finished (some of) the winter's
projects. Finally got the dash back together--used a Radio Shack LED for
the screwed up neutral light. Fits right in and looks pretty good. Also
did some other neatening of the electrics which have been a bit of a
shambles.

Went for a ride--about 80 mi of wonderful curvey mountain roads. Bike did
great--really handles pretty well when asked nicely! Replaced the main
jets--DPO had put in 160's, and the thing felt like it was drowning at
wfo. 140's, the stock, should be fine since I have K&N's and ride at
4,500' before I start to climb. More to follow.

I currently have the Lollipop universal mirrors. I don't like them--they
are dark--like they were designed for nite riding, and don't hold
adjustment, and don't stick out enough--kinda like riding a sport
bike--mostly you see your sleeve. I looked at pictures on the web page
and some have mirrors with a bend--they come straight up from the
handlebar at 90 deg then have a bend--so they don't hit the choke, etc.
What are these things and where can I get em? I've used bar end mirrors
in the past, but dont think they'd look good on an Eldo, although I
suppose I could get used to it.

I'm also considering a windshield. This is a rider, not a resto TQ. What
do you recommend? I kinda like the old look. Harpers has a LAPD original
style set for around $200? Is it worth it? Do any of the aftermarket
Harley kits fit, or are the forks too funky on the guzzi?

One last question..

Forgot. Oh well!
