Alan, the other thing I failed to mention was AIR....Check that the mice
haven't built a nest in the exhaust/...plugging it up or the intake of
the carb for that matter.
Had a carb suck a nest thru it one time.....2 stroke 2 cylinder...one
cylinder ran fine, but the thing seemed boggy...no power. Sure enough
the nest got vacusucked thru the left venturi. Took the carb apart and
failed to set the slide correctly. She started great then the engine
began reving way out of control....shut it down and saw the slide had
not completely bottom out in the carb...twas stuck on 1/2 throttle.
