Hi Alan,
Nice to meet someone else with a 67 V700, I have one also and mine sat =
for 27 or 28 years.
The first thing I did was pull the carbs and clean/rebuilt them. My =
vote on your problem is carb.
As every one has stated, gas, spark and timing. Pretty much has to be =
one of the three, you can pull the plug and see if it=20
is wet from gas which could indicate a fouled plug or bad plug wire. If =
the bike was running before the timming is probably ok. So probably a =
quick spark=20
check before tearing the carb about will get you in the right area. =
Mine was fouling plugs like crazy and that is the indications I would =
get one side firing.

Hello All, I just got my first Guzzi a 67 v700.It will only run on the =
