I'll come out of the closet too. I also got the chicken skins from Whitney.
So far only 20 miles on them, so I cant really report any history. Glad to
hear your report. I read somewhere else a while ago the Chen Shins were a
good tire. Thats why I tried them.

At the risk of getting bashed again for my use of them, I run the K-70
replica from Cheng shin, purchased from JCWhitney. It is a sturdy 6 ply
tire, and has never failed me in any way on my Ambo.
