<P>Glad to hear that mystery Guzzi riders are on patrol in Las Vegas.</P>
<P>Here in downtown France ( Cote d' Azur), hundreds of Motos are buzzing around the Cannes Film Festival. Lots of unusual scooters and bikes. I hoped to see a Guzzi, but nothing for days. Finally, when I had given up, there was a classic, grizzled Ambassador loopframe parked in front of a cafe. While everyone else waited for look at Le Stars, I carefully shot some stills and video with my GL_1 Canon., which I will share when I return. I also photographed a group of the local motorcycle police with their BMW's. I told them I owned a loopframe, and they turned and explained to an older motorman. "Ah, Le Californie!", he said with a wistful look as came forward and nodded his approval.</P>
