Hellow Loopers!
I'm new to this list and am a wanabe Loop Frame owner. I presently have
a '73 V7 Sport (still working out some bugs), but today came across a cheap
deal on a V7 project. Actually I would prefer an Eldo for the displacement
advantage, the 5 speed gear box, and the bigger tank. But I like the deep
head light shell and the polished, single instrument speedo binacle mounted
on the older bikes. This project will need sidecovers, exhaust, and paint,
but otherwise sounds like it's all there and in pretty nice shape. I would
appreciate any advcice/insight the list members could pass along.

I'm also buying an 850T parts bike (hopefully this weekend) with the
idea that I might install the later engine in a loop frame. I recently read
a paragraph in Guzziology in which the author identified an adapter that
would allow fitment of the generator pully and timing cover from a loop
frame engine onto a Tonti frame engine. Does anybody here have any
experience with this transplant? I'll have lots of left-over parts; anybody
looking for anything?
