Franz is the owner of The Spare Parts Company in Philadelphia. Franz is a long-time MG dealer. Still is. Handles MZ's and Laverdas as well, if I am not mistaken. My 1987 LeMans came from him. He occasionally sells parts and stuff on eBay.
