HI Brad and welcome.
Hey dont be shy with the questions. I think we all learn something as we
review the mail, but it takes a question to get an answer, if you know
what I mean.

Good luck and when you get around to it, Ian Adkins keeps a list of the
serial numbers of the loops.

Hi all!
I'm one of the new guys on this list. I just bought a '71 Ambo basket
case about 6 weeks ago. I don't have digital pics yet but, for your
reference, my bike looks about like Steve Larson's preview pics on Dave
Otis' Loopframe site. Except mine is not as complete. I'm awfully glad
I found this list, it seems that every day there's a post here that's
relevant to something I need to do.
This project is something I've wanted to do for years. I've fixed up a
couple of bikes about 10-12 years ago but sold them soon after they were
done. I had always planned to get an interesting bike for another
project and I wanted this to be something I would keep and enjoy for
years.
I got the Ambo because I liked the style and it seems like the people
who own and work on these bikes are a pleasant and helpful group.
This is a project I plan on taking slow and easy. For the next few
months I'll take things apart, clean them up, and get an inventory of
everything I'll need to get this on the road.
Nice to meet all of you.
