greets!
man, i was hauling the mail down 'ol 14, daydreaming again, when, there,
right now, is my turn! grab/stomp all the brakes i got, & cruise right on
past, slowing down, but sure as heck not stopping! [glad it wasn't life
threatning]. hmmmmm- i wonder if mark's 'soft-shoes' aren't really a
requirement?
hopefully, the rotten, nasty, long-term oil breather box oil leak is
FINALLY fixed [check it out tomorrow]. ripping out that stupid flapper &
installing the pcv thingie in the breather tube did'nt do it. found out that
the return line was'nt tight [ wrong size hose]. soooo, one mo' time!!
on a positive note, the stock cam in the xtra engine looks good. [was
suppose to be shot]. is there a BETTER cam for eldo's? i was gonna put a t-3
topend on it, but it looks like the pushrod tunnels are different - like
1/16 in. more inboard. [????]
need a set of swing-arm studs, too, if anyone has some fer sale. [yet
