Had some new 4X18 conti blitz tires mounted over the winter while the =
bike was apart. After about 500 miles of riding around i just noticed =
that the tire does not seem to be mounted concentric with rim. When =
spinning the tire and focusing my eyes on the seam where the tread meets =
the sidewall,I can see quite a dip in the tire in one area of the =
tire.It looks as if the bead is not fully seated on edge of the rim.The =
rim runs true.My question is do you think it is just not mounted =
properly or possibly a defective tire? The front end pogos pretty badly =
at 35 mph,I had been thinking it was just poorly balanced.Thanks.
