Thanks to all who have tried to help me diagnose my quirky 73 Eldo! I will
check the plugs tonight and consult the manual for checking my advance
springs as for the timing... any suggestions for doing this as a first
timer? I have timed numerous other engines but reading the manual and the
bits in Guzziology leave me a bit baffled. There seems to be so many
possible variables (different pulley, incorrect marks, etc) and I would like
a clear step by step method for testing with a light. Anyone with a
foolproof guide?
