I'd like to do the same with my Eldo. When you are finished with yours,
could you let us know how it went, what parts you used and any words-to-the-wise.

For that I need thicker bushing for the pivot and thrust washers.

Get rid of the clevis pin connectors on linkage & fit Rose or Heim joints
instead. Heim joints are what Guzzi use on later models & are available at
dealers (at a price). Rose joints are the best. Them & Heim fitting can be
obtained at fastner stores.

SO it seems the clutch is behaving now. I put about 100 miles on it and
then
re adjusted for the slack. seems okay now.

The floppy shifter is buggin me. I used new pins on the rods and
connectors
and front to back it is pretty good. but side to side, the heel toe
shifter
flops pretty bad. any bushings, washers, bearings I can put in there to
tighten it up?
