I am on the 50+ mpg side. On both bikes.
Maybe the brakes are dragging? Always riding up hill? Maybe your speedo is
wrong. Get a bike speedo like I did and then you will know for sure.

| I understand Loops get around 50 mpg. I am getting 37-38 mpg It seems to run well. no smoking, I tried to lean out the mixture but then get slower idle speed and popping during deceleration. I'll do a compression check and balance the carbs next week. Maybe that will help. Pete 71 Ambo |
