Joe, ENCO tools is a mail order house. They have
a reasonably priced tap in the oddball thread of your
S.A. pivots.Also, paint remover on the threads will
soften the powdercoat first. Steve Seftel
 
Got a powder coated frame with a project bike.
Powder is in the pivot
threads, any help here.
