John,

I looked thru guzziology and found what I was looking for. Thanks. I started
today on getting it fitted. I followed Tom Bowes suggestion on grinding off
the small vertical plate by the upper mount ( Gee it's great to have a
Dremel for this type of work). I also drilled out the threads on this mount
so I could push the bolt thru and tighten it all up. I had to paint the
starter where I removed the vertical plate so it looks like nothing was ever
modified. Looks real good. I will take some pictures of everything I have
done so if anyone else wants to see they can see how I did it. The only
thing I still have to do is wire up the relay, but I want to make sure on
what relay I need for this.

Paul,

I am no expert but if your ambo had a bosch origionally, the valeo should
work fine. My eldo had a relay so I hooked up the valeo and everything was
cool. When I return home I will look through guzziology to see if there are
any exceptions and let you know if there are any. Good luck.
