Coincidence: I just spotted an ad in Denver Post: 74 Eldo Special,
1000cc, auto, $3500, 303-349-7264. Have no idea who it is but he may be
able to answer some questions. Ed in Iowa.

Has anyone installed a 1000cc Convert (76 era) engine into an Eldo
frame? I
want to use the Eldo tranny, clutch, flywheel and rear end with the 1000
cc
engine. Will the convert starter work with the eldo flywheel and ring
gear?
Will the tranny bolt up to the 1000 cc engine? Any other obstacles you
can
point out would be great too, thanks!
