I got one of the first ones. Its a great bike. Everything works well
right out of the box. No problems and almost no maintenance. I put the
Staintune Carbon Fiber high race pipes on it. The bike is awsome, but
its not a guzzi. It feels and sounds Italian, but its not. Too many
sport bikes, not enough time!

Mine is black. ;-} SOunds like you got caught in the same boat I did. I wanted a Sport 1100. They stopped making them. The V11 Sport didn't have the full body work I wanted. So I bought the VTR. Then Magni makes the fairing for the V11. bastards. I was pissed. no Guzzi makes the new lemans and I am ready to do some bodily harm in Italy.
