I put a pair on my pals Eldo. Ditched the rr footpegs alltogether. A lot
of those setups were the passenger pegs, with Guzzi? beats me, but his
wife puts her feet on the inside bottom of the guard. Had to driil a
hole in the frame(in the "webbing" for the upper bolt) but they're
solid, looks cool too, not as cluttered as it would be with the pegs.
With drilling your own hole it allows you to place 'em to have room for
everything(bags).
