Subject: Handlebar alignment.

Hopefully someone out there can help me with this. When my front forks
and tire are straight, my handlebars and speedo are slightly canted left
of center. Doesn't seem to affect the ride, and isn't noticeable until
I look. Then it's kind of annoying. How would I line up the bars and
speedo with the forks?
