Whilst riding home from work yesterday, my tach decided to quit
working. This is a refurbished tach from Harpers that I got last year
in June. I pushed and pulled the wires attached to the back of the tach
and checked the wire at the connection on the engine. The tach did not
respond to any of this wire manipulation.
Is there anyway to test the signal to the tach with just a DVOM?
I don't think that I ride all that bad where all my tachs are being
destroyed in one year...
