I am looking also for a front 4LS for my 71 LAPD Ambassador. I would prefer to change out the one fork lower and whatever is necessary to run the brake cable(s). I wonder whether the axle needs to be changed and/or whether the brake stays are different, and thus both lowers would need changing. I am also curious as to why Mark doesn't just answer the questions directly by e-mail. I do much of my book and parts buying this way. With a Triumph, e-mail is a lot cheaper than calling Nova Scotia, New Zealand, Illinois, Florida or California. Just curious, Mark.
