Here is something that I have been meaning to try on a rusty tank but havnt had the oppertunity. First you need to be a amunition reloader or know someone that is. fill the tank with the cheap cartridge polishing media (crushed walnut shells),duct tape that sucker to your Dillion ( or whatever brand you can find)case polisher drum and let it rip. it SHOULD vibrate the tank with the media in it untill clean, might take a while, but worth a try. anybody that has the chance to try this, let me know how it works,
