I have a concern over a plug reading I took after the Maryland Rally. Most of my riding time on my Eldo is spent riding country roads at a brisk but leisurely pace, on and off the throttle thru turns, slowing thru small towns, etc. Kind of like our loop loop at the Md Rally. The only sensible way from my house to the Maryland Rally, however, is highway riding. I spent the larger part of my ride to and from the Maryland Rally consistently at 65-80mph. I did a plug check the following day after arriving home, and found the plugs to be more white than is healthy. Usually, I find them a more tan to chocolate color. Here's the question(s):
1. Should I be concerned about this condition, since I don't spend the major portion of my riding time at these consistent speeds?
2. If I wanted to make an adjustment, would it be to the needle, or main, what?
Thanks,
Dennis Jones
